Fuduq el Kabir - or the Grand Hotel (in English)
Thanks KhadijaTeri for the name of this picture.
Bab stands for "door" in English and el Kabir i think stands for "the Grand" in English. So maybe it stood for "The Grand Door". Though i'am only guessing with what limited Arabic i know.
You could always check with Khadijateri or highlander.
Oh sorry - it's Funduq - not fuduq -
Funduq means hotel in Arabic.
